Overview
PictonicoHub is an unofficial fan site for Pictonico. The site is designed around public guide pages, photo tips, buying advice, launch tracking, and minigame catalog notes. You can read the public site without creating an account.
This policy explains the current privacy posture for pictonico.net. It is not a legal contract or legal advice. If the site later enables accounts, uploads, comments, newsletters, analytics dashboards, advertising, or paid community features, this policy must be updated before those features collect additional personal information.
Information We Handle Today
For normal public browsing, PictonicoHub is intended to collect as little personal information as practical.
- Server and security logs: Hosting providers may process IP address, user agent, request URL, timestamp, referrer, and basic error data to keep the site available and secure.
- Locale and preference signals: The site may use language routes, browser language signals, or lightweight cookies/local storage to keep English and Chinese pages working consistently.
- Voluntary contact: If you email PictonicoHub, the message, email address, and any information you include are used to respond to your request.
- Future submissions: If screenshot, community, guide correction, or contact forms are enabled later, those forms should explain what is collected before you submit anything.
Photos and Game Content
PictonicoHub does not currently provide a photo upload tool for visitors. The site may publish photo tips, screenshots, and minigame notes, but those pages are guide content rather than a request for your private photos.
If PictonicoHub later adds screenshot submission, photo comparison, leaderboard, or community upload features, the site must add a clear submission notice before collecting files. Do not submit private images, IDs, school information, addresses, health information, or photos of children unless a future submission flow specifically explains consent, review, deletion, and publication rules.
Cookies, Analytics, and Affiliate Links
PictonicoHub may use essential cookies or local storage for basic site behavior, such as language preference or security. The public guide pages should not require invasive tracking to be readable.
The site may link to official stores, YouTube, Nintendo pages, App Store, Google Play, or other external references. Those third-party services have their own privacy policies and may process your data when you visit them.
Some store links may become affiliate links later. If affiliate links are used, PictonicoHub will disclose that context near the relevant link or purchase guide. Affiliate links can use tracking parameters to attribute a purchase or click, but they should not change the price you see in the store.
Embedded Media and External Sites
PictonicoHub may embed or link to YouTube videos, official Pictonico pages, app store listings, Nintendo support pages, or other references. When you click or load those external services, their terms and privacy practices apply.
The homepage uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain where practical, but YouTube and Google may still receive technical information when embedded media loads or when you choose to watch the video.
Children and Family Safety
Pictonico is a photo-driven game, so families should be careful about which photos are used in the game and which screenshots are shared online. PictonicoHub is not intended to collect personal information from children. Parents and guardians should review device photo permissions, store purchase controls, and any future community submission rules before allowing a younger player to participate.
How Information May Be Shared
PictonicoHub does not sell visitor personal information. Limited information may be processed by service providers that help host, secure, monitor, or deliver the site. Information may also be used or disclosed if necessary to respond to lawful requests, protect the site, prevent abuse, enforce rights, or handle copyright and takedown requests.
Data Rights and Requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal information. Because the current site is mostly public static content, PictonicoHub may not have account records for ordinary visitors.
